Borders - This is a border around your map to see where it starts and ends.
Orientation - This is usually shown with a rose compass to show which direction north, south, east and west are. Legend - This is a colour, size or picture explanation (normally in a list) that helps people understand what is in a map. Title - This is normally a name of the map that also helps understand what the map will be about at the same time. Scale - This is a way to measure the map to figure out how far things are away from each other, or how big things are. Source - This is where and when the map is from. This would be something along the lines of the company who created the map and the date it was created. |

ABC news has just been informed by the Australia Government Department of Health that an outbreak of 24 zombies have escaped a maximum security research facility in the Northern Territory. They are moving towards local town Katherine and residents are recommended to fortify their homes, stock up on food and water and alert authorities to any possibly zombie infected persons.
Local researchers have told authorities there is no cure to a zombie infection, commonly spread through the saliva in a bite. The infection can spread rapidly, in under 24 hours the infected can be completely turned. If you or anyone in your home has the following symptoms please separate yourself and contact the local researchers or medical professional via phone or internet only. The health authorities have stressed to please isolate yourself and contact authorities if you have any symptoms. Symptoms may seem like a cold or flu at first. They include headache, fever, chills, weakness, shortness of breath or coughing, abdominal pains, unknown bruising or swollen and painful lymph nodes in your throat, armpit or groin. The number to call is 1300 000 000 if you think you have or know someone who has these symptoms. |
